During his time with the easyGroup, Phil helped
the company develop a common approach to the
analysis of new market opportunities and, in
particular, the role technology could play to
create competitive advantage. For each
opportunity, the company analyses the core value
drivers that govern the basis upon which
organisations currently compete. Once these
drivers are fully understood, the company
explores how technology could fundamentally
alter the foundation of these drivers to create
a new competitive positioning. The result of
this approach has been the launch of a range of
differentiated customer propositions in markets
traditionally characterised by homogeneous
service offerings. |
